Safety Guardian Trivia

As Santa preps for his big day, there are a lot of details he needs to get in order! But the elves can’t seem to agree on whether he needs a confined space entry permit for all those chimneys! Which of the following is correct?

1. No. A permit is not required. There are no potential hazards in a chimney.
2. Yes. A permit is required. A chimney meets all the criteria for a PRCS.
3. No. A permit is not required. Having an opening at both ends of the chimney means entry and exit are not limited entry. 
4. No. A permit is not required. He is not “performing work” in the chimney, he is simply passing through.
