Jennifer Fielder, Ph.D., is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist specializing in succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention across various industries. She has served with NC State’s Industry Extension Services (IES) for the past three years, where she supports organizations in preparing for long-term success. Previously, Jennifer advanced statewide economic development initiatives within the North Carolina Community College System Office, helping employers strengthen workforce strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
