Course Description:
This two half-days virtual overview is designed for management at all levels, quality personnel, and others who need to understand the requirements of AS9100D; what the requirements mean for their organization, and the steps their organization must take to meet the QMS requirements of AS9100D.
Learning Objectives:
Our experienced instructor, will discuss the requirements, facilitate hands-on exercises, and provide guidance on the AS9100D standard. Upon completion participants will be able to:
- Explain the requirements, structure and purpose of AS9100D
- Understand requirements for documented information
- Identify steps to implement the concepts of context of the organization, risk-based thinking, process approach, the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle, product safety and counterfeit parts management
- Recognize the opportunity to make your quality management a strategic function within your organization
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of top management to maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System
Materials:
Each participant will receive a training manual and a PDF copy of the AS9100D standard.
