OSHA ETS Reminder

While we wait for the Supreme Court’s decision, OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on Vaccination and Testing to protect workers from the coronavirus is back in place with new deadlines. Employers with at least 100 employees are required to either adopt a vaccination policy or a policy requiring unvaccinated workers to undergo weekly testing and wear a face covering at work.

Are you aware of the potentially hazardous substances within your workplace? OSHA maintains a Hazardous Substance Prevention web page that references aid in evaluating occupational exposures and the health effects of carcinogens.
