OSHA Mental Health Resources
Is stress at work affecting your personal life and your mental health? According to The Marlin Company, 80% of workers feel stressed on the job and nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress. OSHA maintains a mental health web page with resources dedicated to suicide prevention, coping with stress, substance abuse and the promotion of employee mental health and well-being.
